The Brief
Sunseeker Travel is a US-based travel startup offering cruise travel and hotel vacays. With no existing product in place, they partnered with us to build their entire booking platform from scratch. They came to us with just a business vision to create a fully functional, user-first digital experience that could support complex booking while feeling premium.

Our Approach
We began the project with a discovery sprint to understand the user base and identify drop-off points in the previous system.
Mapped out user personas, flows, and feature hierarchies through a deep strategy. Cruise and hotel bookings come with varied expectations, so we designed parallel flows with unified visual systems to ensure cross-category consistency.
Our team created a modular design system to scale across future expansions. Custom components were built for multi-step booking, time-slot selection (for hourly stays), add-on services, and policy overviews.
We took complete ownership of the platform copy, from destination guides and policy pages to service details, ensuring it was aligned with the brand’s tone and SEO goals.
Closely collaborating with the dev team throughout the process meant every component we delivered was ready for production, backed with specs, edge cases, and mobile responsiveness guidelines.
